Terms of Service

Payment Terms

- 50% Down Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your
booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before the final mix is
delivered.
- Currency: All payments must be made in USD through PayPal.

Revision Policy

- Three Free Revision Sessions: Clients are entitled to up to three revision
sessions per project.
- Limit Per Session: Each session is limited to a maximum of 10 revision items.
- Additional Revisions: Requests beyond the included three sessions will incur
extra fees of 15% of the flat rate price ($150).

Credit Requirement

Proper credit must be given for my mixing services when the project is shared
publicly across social media. Example credit: “Mix & Master by ShotoChris”.

Project Deliverables

- Final deliverables will be sent after full payment has been received.
- Deliverables typically include high-quality audio files in the agreed-upon format

Refunds and Cancellations

- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, additional fees may
apply based on the work completed.

Communication

Clear and timely communication is essential for an efficient workflow. Please
provide all necessary materials and detailed instructions before the project begins.

Ownership and Rights

- You retain ownership of your original material.
- I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless other wise agreed upon.

Services Offered

- Mixing and Mastering Only: This service includes mixing & mastering your
provided audio tracks to achieve a polished and customized sound to your
preference.
- Genre: I typically work with Metal and subgenres of Metal but I am definitely willing to mix other genres as well!
- Vocal Tuning and Timing: I can Tune and Time your vocals. This does take a little longer so additional fees will be applied.
- Open to All Musicians: My services are available to both VTubers and regular musicians.
- Original Song or BGM Commissions: You have an idea for a song and need help with the instrumental? I can definitely get that going!
-Turnover Time: I aim to finish within two weeks but an additional week might be needed depending if there's any extra revisions requested by the client. Please inform me of an exact deadline so I can work my schedule around it!

PRICES

- Price: The standard rate for mixing is $150 per project.
-Original Songs or BGMs: $300 Depending on how complex it is, an additional fee will be added.
-Original Songs + Vocal Time and Tuning: $400 Depending on how complex the vocal stems are an additional fee will be added. Timing for any style of screams vocals stems to the instrumental will also add an additional fee.
-Vocal Tuning and Timing: $60
-Vocal Mixing Only: $75
-Vocal Mixing, Tuning and Timing: $125
- Rush Fees: Expedited mixing requests is $75.
- Additional Revisions: Requests beyond the included three sessions will incur
extra fees of 15% of the flat rate price ($150). Original Songs 15% of the flat rate price ($300-400)
