Thank you for considering my music mixing services. To ensure a smooth and

Terms of Service

Payment Terms

- 50% Down Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your
booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before the final mix is
delivered.
- Currency: All payments must be made in USD through PayPal.

Revision Policy

- Three Free Revision Sessions: Clients are entitled to up to three revision
sessions per project.
- Limit Per Session: Each session is limited to a maximum of 10 revision items.
- Additional Revisions: Requests beyond the included three sessions will incur
extra fees of 15% of the flat rate price ($150).

Credit Requirement

Proper credit must be given for my mixing services when the project is shared
publicly across social media. Example credit: “Mix & Master by ShotoChris”.

Turnaround Time

- Projects typically require a minimum of two weeks to complete.
- Estimated turnaround times will be discussed upon project confirmation and may vary depending on the project’s complexity.
- Rush projects will have expedited deadlines but require additional fees.

Project Deliverables

- Final deliverables will be sent after full payment has been received.
- Deliverables typically include high-quality audio files in the agreed-upon format

Refunds and Cancellations

- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, additional fees may
apply based on the work completed.

Communication

Clear and timely communication is essential for an efficient workflow. Please
provide all necessary materials and detailed instructions before the project begins.

Ownership and Rights

- You retain ownership of your original material.
- I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless other wise agreed upon.

Services Offered

- Mixing and Mastering Only: This service includes mixing & mastering your
provided audio tracks to achieve a polished and customized sound to your
preference.
- Genre: I accept mixing different subgenres of metal.
- No Vocal Tuning: While I offer vocal mixing, I do not provide vocal tuning at
this time.
- Open to All Musicians: My services are available to both VTubers and regular
metal musicians.
- Original Song Commissions: This service is not currently available but will be offered in the foreseeable future.

PRICES

- Price: The standard rate for mixing is $150 per project.
- Vocal Mixing Only: $75
- Rush Fees: Expedited mixing requests is $75.
- Additional Revisions: Requests beyond the included three sessions will incur
extra fees of 15% of the flat rate price ($150).
